The Gateway Experience is a series of audio tapes developed by the Monroe Institute, designed to help listeners achieve altered states of consciousness. It aims to expand awareness and facilitate out-of-body experiences. The CIA became interested in the Gateway Experience during the 1980s, conducting experiments and producing a (pretty wild) declassified report that revealed intriguing findings about its potential for consciousness exploration, remote viewing, and cognitive enhancement. (I also have these recordings, if anyone wants to try them! DM me.)

A Length

Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the tee (Highest Point Shoulder). Pull the tape measure to the bottom of the shirt.

B Width

Place the end of the tape at the seam under the sleeve and pull the tape measure across the shirt to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

C Sleeve length

Place one end of the tape at the top of the set-in sleeve, then pull the tape down until you reach the hem of the sleeve.
